We support young womens efforts to continue pregnancy while providing for their child’s future and her life. We believe it is ultimately the birth parent(s) who make the decision to seek the adoption alternative.

Meet Robyn and Chris

Dear Birthmother,

Thank you for taking time to get to know our family. We sincerely hope that the love that our family shares shows through these pictures. Although we can not fully understand what you are going through at this moment in your life, please know that we are praying for you and all of the decisions that are ahead of you.

Chris and I met in January of 2006 while we both were working for a local non-profit organization. We became friends quickly, eventually ended up dating, and we have been happily married since 2007. Our personalities and interests truly compliment each other in ways that show us that God has brought us together. Chris has two children from a previous marriage, Hannah and Benjamin. They live with their mother during the school year and they are with us during holidays and summer breaks. Although they are not always with us, we speak often and visit them as often as possible. The four of us are a tight-knit unit and enjoy being a family. We do many things that a typical family would do. We attend church together, go to the movies, go camping and hiking, enjoy meals together, and take road trips to visit our extended family.

We live in a townhouse in a quiet neighborhood in North Carolina. Our neighborhood is surrounded by trees and is right next to a park and a greenway, where children and families often play together. Chris is a Construction Manager and I am a Pre-school Teacher. We are both involved in our church family as volunteer leaders with the youth group and as participants in mission trips. We have many friends who are like family at our church.

However, Chris and I feel that our family is not yet complete. We are unable to have our own children, but still have a strong desire to be parents and to add to our family. We believe that children are a gift from God and that any child that we are able to adopt would be a blessing to us, just as if he or she were our biological child. Hannah and Benjamin are also eagerly awaiting the arrival of their brother or sister.

Chris comes from a family of five sons and I am from a family of four daughters. Our siblings are anxious to have a niece or nephew and our parents are excited to have another grandchild. Although, we live in a different state than our families, we are both close to our families and travel to visit them often.

We admire your courage and pray for you daily. Please know that, if you allow us to, your child will be loved and cared for, not only by us, but by our friends and family. We are thankful for you and the love that you have for your child.

We hope to hear from you soon!

Chris and Robyn
