We support young womens efforts to continue pregnancy while providing for their child’s future and her life. We believe it is ultimately the birth parent(s) who make the decision to seek the adoption alternative.

Meet Jason and Sharon

Dear Birthmom,

At this point in your journey, we are sure all of the letters and scrapbooks must be a blur! We appreciate you taking the time to read our letter and review our book. We can only imagine how you must be feeling right now. We wonder if we aren’t feeling many of the same things you are; overwhelmed, anxious yet hopeful about the future.

We feel sure you have given great thought and consideration in taking the step of making an adoption plan for your child. It has also taken us much soul-searching and prayer to come to our decision to adopt. We have prayed to God for several years, asking him to bless us with a child. We want more than anything to be parents. After several years of fertility treatments, we have accepted the only way this can happen is through the generosity and courage of someone like you, giving us a gift of a child. We believe that God has a plan for a child in our lives, and pray that it might be through you.

Jason and I have so much love for each other and are anxious to share that love with a child. Our home is constantly filled with family, love and lots of laughter! We live in a quiet and safe neighborhood in rural Virginia. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with plenty of room to raise a child. We have a large yard, ready for back-yard football games, kick-ball tournaments and a huge swing set. We have lots of family traditions which we can’t wait to share with our child. These include family vacations, spending holidays together and having your Christmas morning photo taken in a new pair of Pajamas!

We enjoy life, and believe having a child will be a wonderful addition to our lives. We are prepared to love your child as our very own. We will raise him/her in a loving, stable environment with encouragement to grow up and make their dreams come true.

We, along with our parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, look forward the day a new baby (child) will bless our home and our family. Both of our families have joined us in praying for this special child, and support us in every way.

Jason on Sharon:

Sharon is a wonderful, caring & FUN person. Her caring nature is what led her to become a Registered Nurse. She has an outgoing personality that never changes. People are drawn to her because she can always find something in common with everyone she meets. This can happen is a social setting or even at the grocery store. Sharon has never met a stranger.

What I admire most about Sharon is the fact that she places GOD as the priority in her life. She teaches the Adult Sunday school class as well as coordinating & often preparing meals for those that are home bound or just had a baby. She always has time for those in need. She never expects anything in return.

Our Nieces and Nephews absolutely love coming to our house for Sunday dinner or to even spend the night. You see, Sharon is a big kid at heart. She always send them Cards at every Holiday and makes effort to see them in their activities.

I must say that I thank GOD for the gift of Sharon in my life.

Sharon on Jason:

Jason is a thoughtful, warm and funny guy. Jason has a wonderful sense of humor with a very silly side which makes me laugh almost every day! He is successful in his career of Sales mostly due to his outgoing personality and his ability to talk to anyone. He is active in our Church, helping with the 1st grade Sunday School Class. Children are drawn to him. He is engaging and able to see each child’s unique abilities. He is the kind of guy who brought home a stray beagle that he found while out hunting. Abby, has now joined Maggie, our 3 year old Puggle. Our Nieces and Nephews, as well as many of our “church children” call him “Uncle Skeeta.”

In closing, we want to share how much we admire you for taking this courageous step, and pray that God will guide you in your decision and give you peace. We hope that we can meet and talk about the possibility of being the family for your baby. As you draw closer to this very important decision, we ask that you please consider us for your adoption placement.

Our thoughts are prayers are with you.

Jason and Sharon Yeatts
