We support young womens efforts to continue pregnancy while providing for their child’s future and her life. We believe it is ultimately the birth parent(s) who make the decision to seek the adoption alternative.
Meet Daniel and Kristin

Dear Birthmother,

We hope this letter finds you full of God’s grace and peace. We want to commend you for the decision you’ve made to choose life for your child, and know it must have been made with much thought and care. And so, we come alongside you in that decision, to offer ourselves as potential parents to raise and love that child.

It is a privilege to be able to introduce ourselves to you. We will try to help you get to know us as best as possible through this letter and the following photo pages. As you saw on the cover we are the Whites – Dan, Kristin and Allison, and we are tremendously blessed to be a family! Here is our story - Dan and Kristin met in March of 2001 while working out of the same office, and quickly found we shared many common interests: we both graduated with English degrees, have a love of reading and writing, enjoy biking/hiking, picnics, travel, worshipping in church and going to concerts together. We both knew without reservation that we were meant to be together, and so made the lifetime commitment of marriage to one another in October of 2002. As we entered marriage, we looked forward to all the wonderful things that would come along with it. We dreamed of building our lives together, finding our first home, having our first baby, becoming a family. Shortly into our marriage however, we found our biggest hope of becoming a mom and a dad was most likely never going to happen on our own, and we had to face the sadness of infertility and all that would mean. We gave ourselves time to grieve that dream, and in God’s perfect timing, He led our hearts toward adoption.

After several months of prayerful and active preparation for adoption, and with such love and support from family and friends, God put everything into place according to His perfect plan, and we were blessed to be chosen by a young birthmother and invited to be present at the birth of our first child, Allison Grace, in the summer of 2005. We were so excited to be able to give this child a warm home and a loving family. Our lives were so changed in such a beautiful way through the addition of Allison to our family and home. Dan is proud to be the provider to our growing family and loves coming home to his girls at the end of a long day. Kristin was thrilled to transition into the role of a full time stay-at-home mom to raise, love and nurture our daughter. What a joy she has been to both of us since the first day, and what hope we have to be able to give her a little brother or sister, and to be able to give to them that same love and devotion.

We live in a new development, in a cozy 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home located in the farmlands of rural Eastern Pennsylvania. The streets are marked with lampposts all along the sidewalks where we regularly take family walks together, pulling Allison along in her favorite bright red radio flyer wagon! It is a young neighborhood, with many newly married couples and growing families. There is also a wonderful walking/biking trail around the development that it great fun to take advantage of on any warm and sunny day. The elementary and middle schools are within just a few miles of our home.

When we are not at home, we enjoy days at the park, family shopping trips, play dates with neighborhood friends, church activities and even an occasional road trip. We especially love to spend holidays and vacations with family and friends. Dan’s parents live in Jacksonville Florida where we visit as often as possible (Allison’s favorite vacation spot). We also spend a lot of time with Kristin’s parents here locally for family dinners, movies and to just hang out. However, our favorite place to be together as a family is right here at home!

So that brings us to where we are today. As children of God, we firmly believe that with God all things are possible, and that all things are made beautiful in His perfect time. And so it is with great hope that we wait on Him, together in prayer with you.
